Usage Guidelines
- Researchers are required to register (see the Registration form) during their visit to the College Archives. These forms become part of the permanent record of the department.
- All materials must be used in the Archives reading room.
- Neither food nor drinks are allowed.
- Researchers must use pencil or a laptop computer for notetaking. Pens, markers, and scanners may not be used.
- Care must be taken in handling all archival material. All items must lie flat on the tables. Nothing is to be placed on top of the material.
- The original order of all material must be maintained. Do not rearrange collections.
