Technical requirements for Mac Users

• If you have Mac OS X 10.4.3, you will need the following configuration:
  
  • BROWSER: Internet Explorer 5.2 or Safari 2.0.2
    If you are using Internet Explorer:
    • Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
    • Go to the Security tab. Set the security level zone to Medium.
      
  • MEDIA PLAYER: Windows Media Player 9.0
    Naxos does not work with other media players (i.e. RealPlayer).
    
  • POP-UP SETTINGS: Allow/Enable pop-up windows. You may need to change this setting in several places: browser settings, Google toolbar settings, antivirus software settings.
    
  • If you are unable to play Naxos music tracks with the configuration above, you may need to install Java 1.4.1.


• If you have Mac OS X 10.2.8 / 10.3.5, you will need the following configuration:
  • BROWSER: Internet Explorer 5.2 or Safari 1.0
    If you are using Internet Explorer:

  • MEDIA PLAYER: Windows Media Player 7.1
    Naxos does not work with other media players (i.e. RealPlayer).
    
  • POP-UP SETTINGS: Allow/Enable pop-up windows. You may need to change this setting in several places: browser settings, Google toolbar settings, antivirus software settings.
    

Tips for Common Problems

• INTERMITTENT STREAMING.
  Try changing the sound quality from Near CD Quality [64Kbps] to FM Quality [20 Kbps].
• CANNOT PLAY THIS TRACK
  If this message appears after you click "Play Selections," verify your version of Windows Media Player with the System Requirements listed above.
